Ένα από τα θέματα της συνεδρίασης λογοδοσίας  της Δημοτικής Αρχής Βέρρου περιελάμβανε ερώτημα του δημοτικού συμβούλου της Λαϊκής Συσπείρωσης, Αντώνη Πανταχού για το Αφεντέλι.

Ειδικότερα ο κ. Πανταχός ανέφερε μεταξύ άλλων, ότι πρόσφατα συζητήθηκε το Τοπικό Πολεοδομικό, στις 12-05-2025 το Διοικητικό Εφετείο Πειραιά ακύρωσε την Οικοδομική Άδεια , στο σχέδιο Νatura η περιοχή έχει χαρακτηριστεί σαν αδόμητη, και κατέληξε ρωτώντας ποια θα είναι η θέση της δημοτικής αρχής σε ότι έχει να κάνει με το Τοπικό Πολεοδομικό και το Αφεντέλι.

Απαγορεύεται απολύτως η χωρίς έγγραφη άδεια, αντιγραφή, αναδημοσίευση, μετάδοση, αναμετάδοση, αναπαραγωγή (εκτός από τις περιπτώσεις που επιτρέπεται από τα εργαλεία κοινής χρήσης που διαθέτουμε),  φόρτωση, αναφόρτωση, διανομή, έκδοση, πώληση, εκμίσθωση, παρουσίαση στο κοινό, δημόσια εκτέλεση, μετάφραση, τροποποίηση ή διασκευή του περιεχομένου του ΕΜΠΡΟΣ. Επίσης απαγορεύεται απολύτως η χωρίς έγγραφη άδεια, εξόρυξη δεδομένων με τη χρήση οποιασδήποτε τεχνολογίας και η λήψη ή αποθήκευσή τους για σκοπούς μηχανικής εκμάθησης τεχνητής νοημοσύνης, όπως ενδεικτικά εκπαίδευσης ή ανάπτυξης μοντέλων, γλωσσών, τεχνολογιών και εργαλείων τεχνητής νοημοσύνης εν γένει,  η δημιουργία παράγωγων έργων από το περιεχόμενο του ΕΜΠΡΟΣ, η δημιουργία, συσχέτιση, σύνθεση και συνδυασμός για την παραγωγή μεταδεδομένων. Απαγορεύεται επίσης η χρήση λογισμικών για την παράκαμψη των ανωτέρω περιορισμών.

Απάντηση έδωσε ο αντιδήμαρχος Ιορδάνης Ιορδάνου αναφέροντας ότι η επαναχάραξη έχει ανατεθεί στον κ. Κρικλάνη και συγκεκριμένα «επανακαθορισμός ορίων αιγιαλού στην θέση Αφεντέλι» με ποσό 8.600 ευρώ και παραδοτέο είναι το πόνημα αυτό σε δύο μήνες.

Επί του θέματος τοποθετήθηκε και ο Δήμαρχος, Ταξιάρχης Βέρρος,  υποστηρίζοντας ότι εργαλειοποιείται η υπόθεση Αφεντέλι,  επισήμανε ότι το Τοπικό Πολεοδομικό παρουσιάστηκε πρόσφατα και πως οι προτάσεις της Δημοτικής Αρχής θα γίνουν επί της διαβούλευσης. «Θα παρέμβουμε εμείς στο ΤΠΣ και θα γίνουν όλα όπως πρέπει» ενώ πρόσθεσε σε ότι έχει να κάνει με το δικαστικό σκέλος ότι ο Δήμος είχε την υποχρέωση να υπερασπιστεί την υπηρεσία του.

One of the topics of the accountability session of the Verros Municipal Authority included a question by the municipal councilor of the People’s Rally (Laiki Sispirosi), Antonis Pantachos, regarding Afenteli.

Specifically, Mr. Pantachos mentioned, among other things, that the Local Urban Plan was recently discussed, that on 12-05-2025 the Administrative Court of Appeals of Piraeus annulled the building permit, that the area has been designated as non-buildable under the Natura plan, and he concluded by asking what the position of the municipal authority would be regarding the Local Urban Plan and Afenteli.

Any copying, republication, transmission, retransmission, reproduction (except in cases allowed by the sharing tools we provide), uploading, downloading, distribution, publication, sale, leasing, public presentation, public performance, translation, modification or adaptation of the content of EMΠΡΟΣ without written permission is strictly prohibited. Also strictly prohibited without written permission are data mining using any technology, and downloading or storing data for the purposes of machine learning or artificial intelligence, including but not limited to the training or development of AI models, languages, technologies, and tools in general; the creation of derivative works from the content of EMΠΡΟΣ; and the creation, association, composition, and combination for the production of metadata. The use of software to circumvent the above restrictions is also strictly prohibited.

A response was given by the Deputy Mayor, Iordanis Iordanou, stating that the redrawing has been assigned to Mr. Kriklanis, specifically the "redefinition of the coastal boundaries in the area of Afenteli," with a budget of €8,600 and a deliverable expected within two months.

On the matter, the Mayor, Taxiarchis Verros, also made a statement, asserting that the Afenteli case is being exploited for political purposes. He pointed out that the Local Urban Plan was recently presented and that the Municipal Authority’s proposals will be submitted during the consultation phase. “We will intervene in the LUP (Local Urban Plan), and everything will be done properly,” he added. Regarding the judicial aspect, he stated that the Municipality had an obligation to defend its service.
